Changing the Odds One Room, One Home at a Time.

At the Carsyn Neille Foundation, we invest in thrivorship. Today, nearly 70,000 adolescents and young adults ages 15 to 39 years are diagnosed with cancer in the United States yearly. Source

Every year an estimated 250,000+ new cancer cases affect children under the age of 20 worldwide. Approximately 250 kids worldwide die from cancer every day - 91,250 kids lose their lives to cancer every year. In translation, 91,250 parents will grieve the loss of their children and in most cases, suffer Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms. Out of the 250,000+ new cases of children diagnosed, a fraction will survive cancer. In a direct correlation, 15% of these children are diagnosed with anxiety, 10% are diagnosed with depression, and another 15% are diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. These sad and staggering statistics and our personal experience are why we've created the Carsyn Neille Foundation. We can make a difference.

Our Rooms to Thrive™ and Whole-Home Wellness coaching program are the hands-on, intimate approach to impacting and serving families within the scope of our mission.

Community-Partnered Events are a much-needed deconstruction of our beloved Rooms to Thrive™ program that excites and inform families on ways to improve their family's quality of life and contribute to their children's thrivorship while providing community amongst our communities. Our community-partnered events allow families from all backgrounds to connect and support families at different stages of their child's cancer journey. So again, welcome.

Whether you are just beginning to reduce your toxin exposure or have been making changes for a while, the intention is to inspire you to think about things a little differently, give you practical strategies for change and prompt further research in the areas that concern you.

So let's dive in; indoor plants don't just look good—they can improve our moods and indoor environment. Studies have shown indoor plants can:

  • Boost moods, productivity, concentration, and creativity.

  • Reduce stress and fatigue.

  • Clean indoor air by absorbing toxins, increasing humidity, and producing oxygen

  • Create a charming environment that's also therapeutic and increases feelings of well-being among people with depression, anxiety, dementia, and other conditions.
