Registering for Carsyn Neille Foundation Event

As a Junior Comfort Creator, you're visible in your community. Your words, choices, and relationships with God will be carefully observed and mirrored by your peers, your community, and the families you meet while volunteering with the Carsyn Neille Foundation - you have the power to influence. No one is perfect, but Junior Comfort Creators should strive to make wise decisions that exude excellence.

We ask that all Junior Comfort Creators:

  • Be passionate about the mission of the Carsyn Neille Foundation.

  • Serve at a minimum of once per quarter.

  • Invite kids and parents to our Community-Partnered Events and join in on any fundraising efforts.

  • Be friendly and patient at all times.

  • Wear your Carsyn Neille Foundation t-shirt at every event.

  • Attend quarterly huddles.

  • Join our Junior Comfort Creator #GroupMe page.

  • Not advertise, solicit, or otherwise market any goods, services, or other business ventures that Junior Comfort Creators may be affiliated with to families we serve.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND PHOTO RELEASE

The Junior Comfort Creator hereby releases, relinquishes, and forever discharges the Carsyn Neille Foundation, and their respective successors and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), of and from any and all claims, which the undersigned may have against the Released Parties arising out of volunteer service for the Carsyn Neille Foundation and any and all related activities.

Additionally, Junior Comfort Creator hereby authorizes the Carsyn Neille Foundation and it's affiliate to take photographs of the Junior Comfort Creator and to use or publish such photos (either steel photos or film/video) as they see fit and waves any rights and any claims junior comfort creator might make regarding the taking or publishing of any such photos.

Please make sure ALL information is filled out for every volunteer with the appropriate signature(s). Make sure once on a Carsyn Neille Foundation event site you also sign in. Thanks and advance for your cooperation.
